The best point of this school is that you could
meet International students. Most Japanese people don't care about other countries, and I
was one of them. After going to this ESL school, I got interested in Asia and South
American countries. It is interesting to learn cultural differences between Japan and
other countries. Indianapolis is in countryside so it was hard to live here without a car.
Sometimes I had really nothing to do, but my friend had a car so I did not get bored. In
conclusion, ESL is a very good place to learn speaking and listening English. Probably
there will be Japanese students, but you will speak to them with English. Japanese are
earnest so they will listen to what the teachers say and the teachers say not to use their
native language. You can enjoy meeting with international friends, because once the
university starts I think you will be busy studying and catching up with the classes.
